Danfoss trv problem

Hi, I seem to have a similar problem to many others, one of my upstairs radiators remains cold. I have been advised to remove the cover and give the pin a gentle tap to get it going again but I cant remove the valve cover.

There appears to be a hole in the black base of the cover and was wondering if there is a hidden screw or allen connection hidden in there. Its a horizontal cover and due to the proximity I cant see if there is a screw or allen fitting at the bottom.

There is also a button on the other side of the black base which I pressed thinking it would release the cover but still no joy.

Any ideas would be greatly apprieciated.

Twist the lower part anticlockwise.

Yeah, twist the black bit at the bottom with the ribs on it anti clockwise.

Danfoss Valves are notorious for sticking I have now replaced all of mine with Honeywell VT117's which never stick
