Hi all,
I'm putting in a new Soil stack for my new ensuite.
My soil waste is dropping from the garage on a horizontal run in the ceiling (with the correct drop of course) and then straight through the wall into the stack.
I would like to connect is straight into the stack avoiding the need to bring it out to one side and then create more bends. A bit like this picture although my stack will obviously go much higher
I asked by Building Control officer if this was fine and he said it was. However it looks to me that the fittings don't really lend themselves very well to what I want to do. i.e. the socket that would take the horizontal pipe seems too chunky to face back towards the brick?
For example this one:
Ideally I'd go for something with an access point like this one:
What is the best thing I can buy to allow me to connect the horizontal run straight through the wall and into the stack?
Cheers
Jon
