Videx Intercom Replacement Handset Question

Hi, my Videx intercom handset has stopped working - the speaker/mic/lock connection is fine, but the buzzer had broken. The connection is fine, just the physical part of the buzzer shakes itself loose and can't be fixed.

The flat's management company has quoted me £200 to replace the handset, which seems steep given they're about £20 online!

If anyone could help me identify what Videx system I have and what would be a compatible replacement, I would be very appreciative.

I can't seem to find an exact replacement online, I guess it's very old. I can't see a product code on the device. I have looked at something like the Videx 3021A, but just don't know enough about these things to take the plunge.

Looks like a variant of Videx 3021 with AC Call

but you could just replace the buzzer with a 12V AC buzzer - Maplin should sell them but I can't find them on their website right now.

If I can't find it then you should be able to use a Friedland Minibuzzer

It's a smart 1 handset 3021 and I would agree that it just needs the buzzer changing.

if you'd prefer a tone call from the 12V ac signal.
