And i found this thread elsewhere but no resolution in that case and i stole the picture from there, but it is definitely the same one, i seem to think i may have bought it at Screwfix about 6 years ago, but no help there!

Yep that was my next port of call, pictures sent lets see what they come back with

Turns out it was not the cartridge, and showerdoc could not identify it, bought from Screwfix about 7 years ago and they were about as helpful as boil, see this post for the actual problem and resolution //www.diynot.com/forums/plumbing/worcester-28cdi-hot-water-problems.299152/#2191222
