What did you take off? Is it a socket or a fused spur? It looks like a new back box but we don't know what you are trying to achieve or what was there before.
The back box is not installed correctly, there should be rubber grommets where the cables pass through the metal box and the box doesn't appear to be fixed to the wall.
Did you add the white tape to the CPC sleeve? If so why?
