This immersion heater must be almost 30 years old. I was replacing it's cylinder jacket (which had been on almost as long), so I'd never seen most of this before.<br><br>I have next to no plumbing knowledge, so I don't know if the green colouring around the pipes and the yellow crusting around the top is just a product of age or something serious. I'm hoping an expert could take a close look at these pictures and give me some advice.<br><br>We've lived in this house for almost as long and we've never had any problems with it.
