Thanks. Nice job. Just what I was after. Those beams are chunky and will drop a lot into the room. Look overrated to me (but I'm no expert). What size are they? The rafters 5m 7x2s?

We have a 2016 Ford Transit van that we bought recently. We're nearly finished with the major modifications, and I've found a free DIY folding van bed frame Sketchup project, so I'll be building the bed and cabinets shortly.

If it is heavy as you say, it does sound like concrete and it seems likely. If its in good condition bag it up and safely dispose.
