If the vessel can't be levered away from the wall you will need to bolster a lump from the wall....great fun with a hard cement render and impossible without sufficient left hand clearance. Remember it's all to save a few pennies by buying an off the shelf expansion vessel from the manufacturer rather than a custom design with the valve in a more accessible position.
