need advise on how to fill in missing plaster behind old skirting.
I am going to stick board to it afterwards. Do i pva the wall first then fill with cement or plaster?
normally just wetting with a paintbrush will do but pva is better. make sure plaster is thick as can settle and leave a bulb at bottom making skirting fitment difficult.
