good luck. i cleaned the venturi thirst thing i did. min gas pressure was down so uprated. even changed electrode/flame rec probe. as i thought it could be braking down. problem was the fault wouldnt happen when i was there. when i did catch it. it would cut out like a flame rec problem and do it after each reset over and over again, even when getting the temp down and testing the overheat stat. leave it for a minute and it works untill another 30mins or so. driving me nuts, as its for a good friend and beer money

oh dear. im having the same problem. getting an intermittent red solid light. will lock out on flame rec. cool down for a min and ok for say 30mins or so. overheat and temps spot on etc. thanks anyway fella.
