This is the lease. This is why I’m pretty sure it isn’t our responsibility but I just wanted clarification as very new to all this

The fence is just in a shared area near our back gardens and where we keep our bins but on the other side it’s on the pathway to her garden. Can’t see any mention of fences on the deeds just this info in the lease.

I’m pretty sure I know the answer to this question and feel a bit silly asking it but just want to make sure as I’m new to all of this! There is a fence that doesn’t run into our garden at all but our neighbour on the other side is asking us to fix it as it is broken and affecting her getting...
