I have just had a Hanson Garage erected and mine is leaking from all over the place. I wonder if you could tell me the steps that you've gone through to get Hanson to remedy the problems your garage had so that I might avoid the same long process that let you 7 months later to give up. Has Hanson agreed to take in away and refund you? That was an absolutely extraordinary statement for the MD to have made, in effect he is saying the garage is not fit for the job, as at the very least one would expect it to be dry! I wonder in what context he revealed this to you. I wonder if anybody else has had a badly leaking Hanson Garage where the repairs made have rectified the problem.
