All sorted Fuse changed Another booking next week to put cover on.

I went to the property this morning, was chatting to a neighbor who happened to be electrician, had a look and pulled the black wire. People here were saying it’s dangerous. Arcs, explosions and flipping PPEs. Obviously no power now , SSE will be here soon.

I did 2 inspections last Oct and Nov, didn't notice that wiring. They had 2 off 2 ring electric cookers. There was an air compressor still in the box, they had American style fridge freezer. As the place is empty now, I could see all wall sockets yesterday were the same as before not replaced...

How did they insert the black wire? Push fit? I was talking to my electrician, said could be dangerous to pull it out, may cause spark or even explode, don't know?

I told them property empty no one there, they said they will text to book but before the photo was sent.

I just called DNO, they will book a date to sort it. They also asked a photo to email which I did.

Yes rent paid, still has his deposit which will go for repairs...etc and pay him whatever left.

Do you mean the one where they use lights or fans, ducts, shiny metallic sheets and stuff like that and probably plants? Then no, because he's been there only for 15 months and I have done 2 inspections in the last 6 months with photos . There's smell of cigarettes, that's about it.

Hi I rent a commercial unit. Tenant left last week, went there today, noticed there has been tampering in the electricity board. Photo before with black cover and photo after w/o cover attached. What has the tenant done?
