Can anyone help me identify this shower valve? I cannot remember where I bought it from and I need to replace the cartridge.

I’m trying to identify my shower valve (see attached photo) so I can buy a replacement cartridge. Unfortunately I cannot remember where I bought it from or the make and model. Would be extremely grateful for any help.
