I am a master builder with over 30 years practical experience in the construction industry mainly domestic from excavations drainage, foundations through to roofing and everything in between. It was a profession that came naturally to me a gift and passion, I was born to build.I will say even sfter all my years of building itn was`nt until i produced the itemised costings, how much can be saved with alternative building procedures and techniques.folowing a quantity surveying course, i realised how any body with no building experience would find the reports very confusing
so with my building expertise andCAD i have produced a simplified presentation priced combination bills of quantities&project management spreadsheet
I have prepared some examples of drawings and spreadsheets for clarification purposes in do should you be interested.
The design concept is based on readily available standardised sustainable energy saving building products requiring minimum or no reworking minimum maintenance cutting the need for the traditional building trades. Basically off the shelf construction
