Just want to stay thanks for your detailed advice on how to fix the w828. Fuse and Relay cost me a grand total of $4.39 (plus postage, but that does not count!)

Thanks for the brilliant post on the Miele 828. Immediately sorted the problem after ordering and replacing that relay and the fuse. Easy repair. Runs like new again. After performing the repairs, while putting it back together again, discovered a circuit diagram tucked in to the left of the bottom drain port on the lower left hand side. PM me if you want a copy!
