re pump it is a pretty sraight foreward job.
best to remove the pump and strip the end of the hot side of the pump down on a bench.
i don't useally work over that side of the water due to the traffic on the bridge etc.
and as said on the forum by someone time taken to fix labour etc would be a chance you take.
their could be damage to the spindle the seals may only last a short time etc.
it's not a common problem of the seals failing and i have replaced them before but as i said its a chance you take.
