Ok thanks. The belt is tight to get back on (I have to turn the pulley around with the belt started to get it on). So I'd be surprised if that's stretched but could be wrong. Wasn't sure about loctite as I couldn't see any remnants on the bolt and didn't want to cause any issues. Will give that...
