Wide experience in services design, project management, energy, lighting ( 20K to 20M). Represented clients as expert witness on several legal cases.

Mantra, if I can do it 95% right it will be better than a **** standard contractor 100% of the time. Sometimes you need to get a good tradesman for finishing trades. Plaster, work surfaces, plumbing ( need the hands), roofer and cabinet maker for finishing joinery.
