Yes I thought the same that they had my coils ready to be photographed Also only 2 when I had 4 changed supposedly and no pics of any spark plugs! They are really pushing back on taking any responsibility.

I have complained and got email back saying they completed the work and sent me a pic of 2 ignition coils that were supposedly mine I have made another complaint and waiting to have this looked into I'm not letting it go bit also not taking my car back there so need to get to route of problem...

Been charged yes For 5 by Halfords. In November changes 4 then said in January needed another one ( didn't even think to argue about warranty) Now again said I needed another 4 by independent garage

Yes I havs had new plugs put in so I'll see how it goes

Possible oil fouling or fuel running too rich ?

For arguments sake and they were changed recently Do they look like there is to rich fuel or oil getting into them?

They were supposedly replaced in November ( I do 3000miles a year) Then in Feb said I needed another as one was faulty. Surely they can go that quick unless car is doing something to them. If they hadn't changed them how would the car drive a few weeks?

Yes so weirdly I supposedly had then replaced in November Car misfired again in Feb and they said I needed another spark plug. I questioned this as I already had " 4 replaced" and they said it's gone again. And 1 looks newer in the pics! I'm wondering did I have them replaced or just cleaned? (...

These are ones they have just removed that they said wee not changed I was told they were changed in January

So I have had misfire issues I had spark plugs and coils changed I had another misfire and was told the spark plugs looked they they hadn't been changed My question is how would car run for a few weeks of they hadn't been changed? Also could they have been changed but the car is causing them...

The codes have been wiped so will they be able to see before they pop up again Sometimes can be a week or so
