I hope you dont mind me messaging you. I thought you may be on to help as none works at the weekend! Our nighbours told us their architect was coming round to see us tomorro, (not asked, told!) When we said we have a impartial surveyor as error in their form and we were advised not to sign,they got nasty and started to swear. Richard wouldny stand ther to be swore at so said he was going. How can we deal with this sort of behaviour? They dont have a clue what the forms mean. this has been a problem on many occasions they have no understanding of anything, even the simplist things. How do we deal with this. we are both shaken an teary as we hate confrontation. (Its actually making me feel like moving but this house is where my heart is, we got married in our garden and its where our children started thier lives but I cant go on living next to people who dont have any common sense or understanding of simple stuff.)Our suveyor isnt answering the phone because its the weeekend but i thought you may be on the forum as leisure!
