I'm sorry, I only have the installation manual. I sent my VR8+ eng. manual to someone who never returned it. What information do you need?

There is some info in the install manual re what to do if codes are lost, but if the engineer code is locked into the system, then unlocking can only be done by accredited engineers and it is chargeable.
