i got the new pcb at considerable cost but it still reads H4 error? any ideas? Starting to get concerned for the young girl now, I pray someone can help

That fault relates to the dry fire resistor.If resistor readings are ok then its a pcb fault.You should really post on the open forum.If you have skills with a multimeter then the values are on Ideals web site.
