Terminal block "strappers" remain and yes will be connecting earth to the switch.

Hi All, Attempting to replace a intermediate switch on a working 3 way light. Original switch had 2x L1 and L2, replacement has 1, 2, 3, 4. See pics of old working switch and connections (note terminal block connection) How do I connect up the new switch as various different combinations...
