Hi, hope you don't mind me asking a couple questions, you seem quite an intelligent guy concerning buildings. My Daughter bought a house 2yrs ago and every winter they get condensation on the new double glazing, but their main worry is black mildew/mould on the inside of all the external walls. Can you shed any light on this or tell me where to look.
