Is there any roof tilers/surveyors etc out there who could shed some light on a problem i have with my pitched roof on my house.
Over the last few months i have noticed that up in the loft there seems to be patches of wet lying on the insulation in between the joists.
The damp patches seem to be in a continuous line, and having had a closer inspection of the roof felt I noticed that the felt is not actually lapped in most places up there.
I went up saturday when it was raining and it was very wet with i think the rain running down the rafters not much but enough or the same,I can also see daylight from inside the loft in
certain places aswell.
Any thoughts???
