I understand. That pcb is in a place that is hard to reach, but I will try to get it out and see on the back side if there are burn marks, to identify which relay is problem. Thank you for the link, and thanks both of you guys for help.

I did that, and fan did start for a few seconds and than stopped again, so it must one of the black relays thats causing the problem.
