if you remove the 4 wires from the clock to the connector block, and connect 4 new wires FROM the connector block to the Salus receiver, as described as above in my previous message then the Salus prog stat now controls your heating, not the inbuilt clock.
Your hot water is unaffected by this action.
Basically 2 of the wires going to the inbuilt clock are a live and a neutral, the other 2 are volt free switching wires coming from the pcb to start a heating cycle.
Leave the boiler in the heating and hot water position and control everything through the Salus
