For outdoor 10mm porcelain tiles I always recommend decoupling membrane and any brand adhesive with standard S1 or S2. Because porcelain is a very stable material compared to concrete which expands more with temperature variations. To avoid cracks or falling tiles, I recommend decoupling membrane.
