Black & Decker charger is faulty. When i put the batteries in to be charged, the leds on the charger goes from red to green straight away even though the battery is flat, Also there was a burning smell coming from the charger. When i took it apart i saw that one of the resistors had burned out, i`m not sure what ohms this resistor is. I would appreciate help in this please. I will upload some images for information. The resistor in question is on the left of the image, and is probably a wirewound but not sure, i`m hoping to replace it, when i know what ohms it is.
