School scraps Easter service to respect other religions

Wed have to nationalised a lot of CoE schools and religious parents would have to take their children to Temple themselves to instill their particular fairy stories.

Or more seriously, do it incrementally, remove the explicit demand for a period of worship, block any religion based entry criteria, start to nationalised the religious schools.
You do realise that many “religious” schools perform above average academically and are sought out by people of all faiths.

Yes, but is that because they're effectively a selective school, better funded or somehow religion makes you good at GCSEs? (Hint, no it doesn't there's pretty strong negative correlation, especially in sciences).

How much better might they do if they stop worshiping sky pixies?

Fundamentalists mostly. There are 45,000 Christian denominations all believing slightly different versions of the "truth".

Huge stumbling block for me, you either believe it or you don't. You don't get to pick and choose the good bits 45,000 alternate ways.
Which fundamentalists promote slavery?
That's what i was asking to start with, not necessarily the differences in practising their beleif, which have more variaties than the French have cheeses. Quakers were among the first to preach abolition: you've heard of George Fox, right?
