Paving pointing Sika All Weather fail?

Time to repoint my patio and done it last week with Sika All Weather.
Followed instructions to the letter and was impressed with ease of this product compared with hard labour of using sand and cement mix.
However, after a week, i can still scrape off material with my fingernails.
Is this product gonna last?
Does it need more time to harden?
Does it need water as it hasn't rained at all?
Any comment from people familiar with this product welcome.

I used a similar resin based pointing mix and it took some time to set hard. Although the recent weather has got quite warm, it has been interspersed with much cooler evenings and nights.
