Worcester combi boiler fires up all the time , programme is set water constant heating off but 1 rad downstairs heats up , Works fine on thermostat ?

Hi guys new here. I have a worcester greenstar boiler tank fed system when i light the pilot no probs lights every time when i try to get water or heat the boiler kicks in for 20 40 secs makes a woofing sound then turns off does this 5 times then shuts down . Any help or advice weclomed...
