Dear all, We are in a bit of a predicament, as our builder was told this stud wall in our loft is not leggit and won t pass building regs. Sad as he did a super job. It is 80cms from the floor and the glass is 30mns fire resistant. We should raise the wall to 1m10 cms to pass the building regs...
