3 gang switch

I am trying to make the switches smart. Here is one 3 gang switch box which controls porch light, hallway light and stairs (2 more switches upstairs which control the same stair lights). I could not understand the wiring here as everything is brown and the blue ones (guess'd neutral) are inside...
