asbestos artex ceiling plaster

We are buying a house and some walls and ceilings look like asbestos now I’ve researched it. Is there a way to tell just by looking at it? How much does it cost to remove?

We are looking to tidy up our ceiling as part of our bedroom renovation, however I wanted to check if the attached is likely to contain asbestos? And what kind of ceiling/textured pattern this would be referred to? It looks to be a pretty thin coating over a skim coat. Thanks in advance.
