bathroom tap

I think this is a simple question. This tap needs replacing. It has a pop-up waste but we just use a plug. What taps can I replace it with? Obviously only a tap needing one hole, but will a mono mixer work? If we want to use a manual plug does this rule out any taps? Or can we just not install...
