baxi solo 2 50pf

Hello , can anyone help , I have a Baxi solo 2 50pf (20 plus years old )boiler , vented system . Over the years it’s had a new PCB , new fan , and new thermostat . The rads all get hot and hot water too , however after a minute of the boiler firing up , I get a really loud water whooshing noise...
