    Bifold door/frame leaking internally

    Hello, 3 years ago we had a lean too extension fitted to the house. Bifold doors with 2 large windows in the roof. Within 12 months I had to get the builder back due to a bad leak. The leak was coming in at the top of the bifold door, where it meets the frame and pooling on the floor. Also...

    Replacing render on external RSJ

    Hi folks, I'm ripping out two sets of old patio doors to be replaced next week with aluminium bifolds. The RSJ across the top of the apeture has been rendered externally in a way which doesn't match the style of the rest of the house. I've realised there might be an opportunity to fix this...
