gland nut

Hi Newbie question here. Bathroom radiator valve was making a noise, so opened it slightly to allow more flow. When I did this it started to leak. I have taken the cover off and it is dripping from the gland nut. It leaks when the valve is fully open or fully closed. I did some quick research -...
