low battery

Hi, I have a few ricochet motion and window sensors and have noticed when the battery is a low it causes a tamper alert. The Wintex software shows the battery is fine with a green bar but the tamper bar is orange. I am pretty sure the issue is low battery as it resets as soon as a new battery is...

I wonder if anyone can help with this. I cancelled my ADT contract last year as thought I didn't need the monitoring and maintenance aspect of it. I still use the alarm even though it's not monitored as my mother finds it very reassuring when in home on her own. Couldn't set alarm...
