About to start a detached Victorian 3 bed renovation, as usual solid brick walls so no cavity to insulate.
It has been a while since I've done some internal wall insulation, previously I've always used PIR on treated battens.
I've spoken with Superfoil and they tell me their SF19+...

I have recently bought a house (1920s/30s) and want to insulate my loft. Currently there is about 100mm of fiberglass between the joists and floored with chipboard. I really need the loft for storage so rather than add extra glass wool I want to use multifoil under the rafters - it looks...
I have to install the TLX silver multifoil which specified to have 38mm thick batten but impossible to source on my area with only available in 25x50mm.
have you had any issues like that? How can this be solved? The 25mm is to thin and not enough air gap is left to let the multifoil work.
