oven light

Hi, I have a Smeg sc336x oven and the oven light has gone. I have two problems - 1) I can not loosen the light cover (top left in photo) by turning it anti-clockwise. 2) there is a metal grill I can not find a way to remove. With this in the way I can not take the cover off and get to the...
