paint ceiling artex

Hi all, I will shortly be redecorating a bedoom and am looking for some advise on what product to use on the ceiling. I was in Wickes today and couldn't find anything except regular emulsion. The ceiling has dimpled artex. It has some minor cracks which I am expecting to be able to cover up...
