sadolin superdeck

Hello, I am painting with sadolin superdeck black over previously painted black on gable end timbers. Have chiseled out some rot, sealed and filled with a ronseal 2 x part filler. Sanded flakey paint and filler. What type of primer, or what works best with both those TWO sanded finishes...
