Wall panels fall down with skim coat, it’s only done in 3 months, but already falling down. I think it’s the glue applied not evenly and too much, and should not install on skimming layer. Anyone can give good advice or even can fix it, please?

I’d like to try and skim coat my walls after pulling off the old wallpaper. The walls aren’t in terrible shape so I think I only need to coat to 1mm or 2mm deep. I’d like to try myself because I’d like to learn the skills.

So I’m reskimming this wall, I rolled yellow grit on it first and then levelled it up with some bonding (wall was curved) . Before I skim with multifinish tomorrow, should I PVA the bonding or shall I roll some more yellow grit on it?
