Any ideas anyone?
The stereo in my friends mini doesn't seem to be operating either front or rear speaker on the drivers side. The balance was turned fully over to the RHS and there was no sound at all out of either. The LHS is still working fine.
He's not very technically minded so asked if I had any ideas but I don't really know what to suggest. I can't see it being a fuse as that would take out the whole stereo and thought a loose connection was probably most likely. He says its a built in unit and can't get behind it to have a look if the connections are sound.
Is there an easy way to get the head unit out or is this likely to turn into a visit to the auto-electrician?
