Looking through the first few results on that google search

https://armouredcable.net/h07rn-f-cable/5-core-h07rnf-cable/1-5mm-x-5-core-h07rnf-cable.html says 9.68mm for a 1.5mm² 5 core!
https://www.cse-distributors.co.uk/product/h07rn-f-rubber-cable-3-core-1-5mm2-ho7rn-f-3c-1-5/ says 10.2mm for a 1.5mm² 3 core
http://www.oeselectrical.co.uk/store/p2783/1.5MM_3_CORE_HO7-RNF_HEAVY_DUTY_RUBBER_CABLE_.html says 9.7mm for a 1.5mm² 3 core
https://www.marlec.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2014/03/H07RNF1.pdf says 9.8mm for a 1.5mm² 3 core, 10.8mm for a 1.5mm² 4 core and 11.8 for a 1.5mm² 5 core
https://www.edwardes.co.uk/products...of-1-5mm-4-core-h07rn-f-flexible-rubber-cable says 10.6mm² for 4 core

I would assume that the first result is simply wrong and that the remaining results represent variation between brands. So a 10mm clip will probablly be ok on a 3 core cable but may be a tight fit on some brands. If your cable as more than 3 cores you probabbly want a bigger clip.

It's 3 core, made by time, their website is crap though, I thought I had some 10mm clips left over from the past to try but just checked and I haven't.

I'll grab some verniers from work and measure what it is. I thought the cable was standard sized but appears to differ slightly depending non manufacturer

It is refreshing to see that, in the UK, simple appropriately sized plastic "cable clips" (which seem to be quite similar to those used in Australia) are used to secure cables.
This is as opposed to the metal staples which are used in North America, which necessitate a "staple gun" to install them.

Your finding it "refreshing" may be a little premature/unjustified ...

521.10.202 Wiring systems shall be supported such that they will not be liable to premature collapse in the event
of a fire.
NOTE 3: This regulation precludes, for example, the use of non-metallic cable clips or cable ties as the sole means of support
where cables are clipped direct to exposed surfaces or suspended under cable tray, and the use of non-metallic cable
trunking as the sole means of support of the cables therein.
NOTE 4: Suitably spaced steel or copper clips, saddles or ties are examples that will meet the requirements of this regulation
