1.83m is 6ft. Confusingly in this trade things are still refered to as their imperial size even though most things are now actually metric converted.
eg. 'I need an 8 ft post' which will actually be 2400mm not 2440 (8ft)
This leads to all manner of problems for a diyer when unsure what suppliers mean. When your ordering stuff from them all the time you know what they actually supply even if you ask for an 8ft
As wabbit says just try somewhere else, you will be able to buy 6ft panels which are actually 6 ft to match the 6ft gravel boards.
