can someone please help, not sure what sort of boiler I have, but do not have airing cupboard or tank in loft, run on gas.. All the radiators in the house work except for one at the top of the house, which is 3 storeys, the other radiator on the same floor is fine, I would bleed it but cannot seem to find the necessary valve, have found it on all the old radiators but not on this new one Help!!! My son is presently going to bed in tacksuit top and bottoms, plus socks, hat and 3 duvets..

The bleed valve is always at the top and in your case it properly at the back of the radiator. You won't be able to see it as it will be flush on the panel, run your hand along the back and you should feel it somewhere.

Sounds normal, most of them do that, summer, winter, heating,no heating, makes little difference.

You need to check the system pressure if you let any air out of the radiator, look at the gauge before you bleed, and restore the pressure to the same reading afterwards. You could search the forum for repressurising systems, there are lots of posts.
